As soon as a project is allocated, we assigned a dedicated accounts and technical support manager who assists the client throughout the development of their project. After completion, the customer receives a feedback form for suggestions to help us identify areas of further improvement. The technical support team takes over from that point and ensures that all support queries in the future are answered appropriately.
