Refund / Cancellation Policy

At AITS, we strive to deliver high-quality web solutions. However, due to the nature of digital services and custom development, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project within 24 hours of making a payment and before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction fees (e.g., bank charges, credit card processing fees).

2. Ongoing Projects

Once work has begun, the initial deposit (usually 50%) is non-refundable. This covers the resources, time, and administrative costs allocated to your project.

  • If you choose to cancel the project while it is in progress, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance, but the deposit will be retained.

  • If the project is completed and approved, no refunds will be issued.

3. Web Hosting and Domains

Payments made for Domain Names and Web Hosting are non-refundable once purchased, as these are paid to third-party registrars and providers immediately.

4. Maintenance and SEO Services

  • Monthly Retainers: You may cancel monthly maintenance or SEO services with 30 days' written notice.

  • No Partial Refunds: Refunds are not issued for partial months of service already provided.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at info@aits.pk with your invoice number and reason for cancellation.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the design or functionality, we will work with you during the revision phase to rectify the issue within the scope of the original agreement.
